Fees and Payment

We recommend contacting Support The Desk, LLC in advance to get an estimate of the notarization fees. By preparing beforehand, you can ensure your documents are notarized efficiently right after they are completed.
Multiple Signatures
For documents requiring multiple notarized signatures, it is most efficient to have all parties present at the time of signing. This approach ensures that the document is fully signed and notarized with minimal hassle and cost.
For specific services like notarizations for Power of Attorney or wedding documents, please ensure all requirements are met to facilitate a seamless service.

Notarization Requirements
When preparing for notarization with Support The Desk, LLC, there are several critical requirements to ensure a smooth and compliant mobile notary signing experience:
Physical Presence
The individual(s) whose signature is being notarized must be physically present at the time of notarization. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement.
Identification
Valid photo identification is required for all signers. The name on the ID must match the name on the document exactly. If the document includes a middle name, the ID must also include it. The ID may contain additional names or details, but not fewer.
Document Completeness
All documents must be complete before notarization. We cannot notarize documents that contain blank lines above the signature area or only the last "signature page" without the accompanying document.
Competency and Comprehension
Signers must be competent and fully aware of the document they are signing. They must demonstrate understanding of the document’s content, verbally or through written communication, without the aid of a translator.
Language Requirements
While the document itself can be in any language, the signer must be able to discuss the document's contents in English directly with the notary. Any notarial wording we add will be in English.
Signature Guidelines
Signers must be able to sign in a manner that the notary can recognize as a signature. We cannot accommodate signatures that are merely a mark or “x” unless specifically prepared for such situations, which Support The Desk, LLC currently does not handle.
Document Preparation
You must have the document ready and printed prior to the notary’s arrival. We recommend printing the document at least one hour before our scheduled meeting to address any issues that may arise with the printer and to allow time for you to review the document thoroughly. This ensures that the name on the document matches the signer’s ID exactly.
Proactive Preparation
Printing your documents ahead of time not only resolves potential technical issues but also provides an opportunity to thoroughly proofread and ensure all details, especially names and titles, are correct. If issues arise during printing, this gives you ample time to find alternatives such as visiting a local print shop.
At Support The Desk, LLC, we strive to make your notarization process as convenient and error-free as possible. Please contact us to schedule your appointment and discuss any specific requirements you might have.
