SUPPORT SPECIALISTS
These are employees of Support the Desk who are assigned to remote support tasks such as:
Patient/Customer Collections
Accounts Receivables
Insurance Verifications (Medical + Dental)
CHATTER TEAM
The chatter team is our Phone's team! Employees on this team are expert Chatters and work with your customer base or patient base to:
Handle incoming calls
Handle outgoing calls
Schedule appointments
Text with your customers/patients
CAST MEMBERS
We call our employees who are part of our Chatter Team "Cast Members" Our goal is they will fill the role of authenticity and happiness as they are interacting with your customers and patients. When we hire, we call it a "Casting Call" We aren't simply looking to put cheeks in the seats, we want lifers who excel in happiness and care.
HAPPINESS HEROES
Upon completion of our training and passing our internal testing, our employees become Happiness Heroes and part of our Happiness Team. It takes on average 120 days to achieve this mark and let me tell you, the way it changes the customer and patient experience will impress you to the gills.
VIBE MANAGER
Our Vibe Manager oversees our Administrative Team. They are responsible for keeping the vibe in check all the way around. They handle:
Onboarding
New Hires
Administrative related tasks
Assistants to Leadership Team
WORKFLOW GURU
These Gurus are in charge of making sure the workflow for each business we support is in perfect running order. During onboarding, you will work hand in hand with this team to onboard your business successfully and maintain the best practices you created.
CHIEF OF CHATTING
Our Chief of Chatting is the manager over our Chatter Team aka Phones/Customer Service Department. They handle:
Quality Control
Monitoring of recorded interactions
Call Data
Supervision and execution of tasks assigned by your business.
CHIEF HAPPINESS SLAYER
This is the slayer of all slayers over here. This Cast Member focuses on overall oversight of our company and shares the title of CEO.
